1. Who is responsible for your data?

The data controller is the publisher of the Vision app. For questions about your data or your GDPR rights, email vision.app.support@gmail.com.

2. Data stored in Vision

When you use Vision, you may choose to save:

• your goals, progress, dates and notes;
• photos selected for a vision board;
• affirmation text, quotes, categories and related content;
• ritual information, such as the days you return to your vision;
• a small local history of technical and usage events, without your name, goals, quotes or photo content.

This data is stored locally on your device. Vision uses local app storage and an App Group container shared with its widget so your data and images are available on your Home Screen. In the current version, visualisation data is not sent to an external server and the app does not use a remote database. If a future version changes this setup, this policy will be updated before that change takes effect.

3. Photos and permissions

Vision only accesses photos that you choose through the standard iOS photo picker. The selected photo is saved in the local storage needed for the widget to work. Vision does not create a remote photo library. You can refuse photo access or remove an image from the app at any time.

4. Notifications

The daily reminder is optional. It is managed through iOS standard notification permissions and services. Vision uses the permission you grant to schedule notifications on your device; your vision content is not sent to a third-party notification server for this feature. You can disable notifications at any time in Settings > Notifications > Vision.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Premium subscriptions are offered through the App Store and handled in the app with Apple StoreKit. Apple processes payment and billing information; Vision does not receive or store your bank or card details. Depending on the configuration of a future release, RevenueCat may be used only to administer subscription status and entitlements. If that happens, the relevant information and policy will be made available before the service is activated. To manage or cancel a subscription, use your Apple Account settings.

6. No selling, advertising or public tracking

Vision does not sell your data to third parties, display targeted advertising, or include public advertising or analytics tracking SDKs in the app or on this website. The small event log described in section 2 remains local in the current version and can be removed with the app data. This website does not set third-party analytics cookies.

The waitlist link may open a Tally form once its URL is configured. Information submitted through that form is then processed by Tally under its own terms and privacy policy.

7. Deletion and retention

You can delete your visions, photos and text from the app, or delete the app from your device if you want to remove its local storage. To ask for help or exercise your privacy rights, contact us at the address in section 1. We will keep only the information needed to answer your request or comply with a legal obligation. Receipts and payment history that may be retained by Apple are governed by Apple.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including in the European Union, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to receive it in a portable format where applicable. You may also object to processing or withdraw consent. Send requests to vision.app.support@gmail.com. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your competent data protection authority, including the CNIL if you live in France.

9. Security and changes

Your data is protected by iOS security mechanisms and the access controls of the App Group. No local storage can be guaranteed to be completely invulnerable, so please use the passcode and device protections available on your iPhone. We may update this policy if the product changes; the last-updated date at the top of this page will change accordingly.
